If your use of DMARC Analyzer (“DMARC”) is on a trial basis or at no cost (“Trial Subscription”), then the terms of Mimecast’s Evaluation Agreement (“Evaluation Agreement”) shall govern your use of DMARC. If you have a paid subscription to DMARC or if your Trial Subscription is converted into a paid subscription to DMARC, then Mimecast’s General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) shall govern your use of DMARC. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you have a separately executed Evaluation Agreement or General Terms with Mimecast, such executed agreements will govern your use of DMARC and clicking on “I accept the Evaluation Agreement or General Terms” will not serve to amend, nullify, or replace such terms.
